Webdura Teams Up with TrovaPage.com to Build a Global Search Portal for Gig Services

TrovaPage.com is the first-of-its-kind social and commercial platform that enables users around the world to find services and digitize their business. Based in Santa Clara, California, this flagship venture by Trova Technologies Inc. aims to become the leading player in the world gig market. With a mission to empower small businesses and bring people closer digitally, TrovaPage.com makes it easier for people to start a side-business or a full time venture without investing a large amount of money. Users can also search TrovaPage.com to find a wide range of local services and interesting events or classes.
The venture was founded by Jingming, former CTO of AliPay US. He has experience working with various world renowned organizations like eBay, Alibaba Group, Unisys, Sun Microsystems, Netscape Communications, etc. The TrovaPage team consists of highly experienced entrepreneurs, technology experts, designers and business professionals who have proven excellence in their fields.
Webdura’s Association
TrovaPage wanted to establish their global online presence within a short span of time. It was time to take the ideas to the next level and build an effective web platform for the brand. They were looking for a trusted and reliable technology partner to accomplish this dream project. Webdura Technologies got the amazing opportunity to team up with TrovaPage and together we started working towards the goal. Our passionate resources were glad to accept the challenge of building a Pixel Perfect Web Application for TrovaPage which is agile (option to improve by changing again and again) and mobile responsive.
Webdura's Approach
Working for a large-scale global project like TrovaPage has been an enriching and rewarding experience for Webdura. We conducted frequent interactive sessions with the client to make sure that we are on the same page. A six member team was assigned to work exclusively for Trova including a Project Manager, two UI developers, a Back end developer, a Tester and an Automation Tester.
We created a road map for the project and rolled out appropriate strategies for task execution. We had a limited timeline for completing the 1st phase of the project. We followed Agile methodology, a powerful tool for software development which provides multiple benefits for both the client and the development team. Agile offers frequent engagement opportunities between the stakeholders and development team ensuring a high level of transparent.

Agile Methodology was implemented. We have used Jira, Trello and Slack to manage Agile activities.
The Result We Achieved
Webdura successfully completed the first phase of the project as committed and TrovaPage was able to win one million US dollars as seed funding based on this. We developed a reliable and responsive application to enable TrovaPage to connect business service providers with potential customers online. Currently, our team is working on the 3rd phase of the project while TrovaPage is awaiting A round funding for the project.
