SharePoint and K2 Support Developer

Infopark, Kochi

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint and K2 Support Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development and administration, as well as experience with K2 workflows and forms. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for SharePoint and K2 solutions, including troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes. You will work closely with our end-users to provide ongoing support and training.

  • Provide technical support for SharePoint and K2 solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, and custom applications
  • Implement fixes and enhancements to improve the functionality of SharePoint and K2 solutions
  • Create new K2 forms based on the provided requirements
  • Integrate and deploy the solution to UAT and the production environment
  • Collaborate with end-users to identify and prioritize support requests
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint and K2 solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration
  • 1+ years of experience with K2 workflows and forms
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collection and site hierarchy, lists, libraries, web parts, and workflows
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

On-call p1 support may be required after working hours and on weekends.
