Junior Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will be an essential part of the business development team, responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of the company's client base.

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of business objectives.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Candidates with US or UAE work experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience in creating and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies.
